Through cross-cultural exchanges, it emphasized the significance of multicultural understanding, language proficiency, and the importance of cross-cultural communication among students, providing opportunities  to  deeply  comprehend  local  cultures.  However,  adapting  to different cultural environments remains a common challenge, necessitating enhanced preparatory and adaptability skills among students. It is crucial to clearly communicate the importance of glocal education to students and provide concrete support, with the expectation that regional universities will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and development of their students.  Furthermore,  through  deep  engagement  with  communities  of diverse cultural backgrounds, students gain practical learning experiences.
